Empress Dowager Cixi has been punished by the courts of Hell to live as a Dumpling Shop owner in Melbourne to atone for her sins while she was alive. Desperate to escape this eternal punishment, Cixi will do anything for her soul to move on.

This play is a new work in development and explores racism, forgiveness, religion and sexism.
